These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the operator of the Lazys brand ("Lazys," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern the Lazys website, AI character chat, short drama series, live rooms, collection, private content, character creation tools, account, support, paid access, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Read them before creating an account, chatting with a character, creating a character, or purchasing a plan or coins. By doing any of those things, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or replace rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer law of your country. If a mandatory rule conflicts with these Terms, that mandatory rule controls only to the extent of the conflict. Your agreement is with Lazys, not Stripe, Cloudflare, or any other service provider we use to run the Services. Lazys is responsible for the Services and their content, subject to these Terms and applicable law. Our providers are not responsible for providing maintenance, support, refunds, or remedies for the Services except to the extent their own terms require them to do so. Lazys is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, and capable of entering a binding contract. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. The Services are not directed to children, and we may close an account if we believe its holder is under the required age. You may use the Services only where access to adult-oriented, AI-generated content is lawful for you. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your location. Every page of the Services carries the RTA (Restricted To Adults) label, so parental-control software can block it. First-time visitors are asked to confirm that they are adults before using the Services. Lazys lets you chat with AI characters, browse short drama series and live room previews, browse and save characters to your collection, create characters of your own and, once offered, unlock private content. All characters on Lazys are fictional and generated with AI. They are not real people, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended. Where offered, character chat replies and other AI outputs are produced automatically and are not written, reviewed, or endorsed by a human before you see them. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, repetitive, or unexpected. It is entertainment, not professional, medical, legal, financial, or emotional-health advice, and it must not be relied on as a statement of fact. A character cannot form a real relationship, make promises on our behalf, or take actions outside the Services. If you are in crisis or need help, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional. Your chats and unsent message drafts are kept in your browser's local storage on the device you use. You can reset or delete a conversation from the chat menu. Clearing your browser data, using a private window, or switching devices can remove this history, and we cannot restore it. Characters you save to your collection and character drafts you start on the create page are stored the same way. Lazys accounts are passwordless. You sign in with a short-lived six-digit code sent to the email address you provide, and a session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days unless you sign out. We do not store a password for your account. You are responsible for controlling that mailbox, keeping login codes confidential, signing out of shared devices, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may rate-limit, reject, or temporarily block authentication attempts to protect accounts and infrastructure. You must not forward a login code or payment link to another person. Lazys support will never ask for a password, your full card number, card security code, or one-time login code. You are responsible for the messages, prompts, character descriptions, names, and other material you enter into the Services ("your prompts") and for how you use the output. Do not enter personal information about other people, and do not enter your own sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being processed to provide the Services. Lazys is a fiction and entertainment product. It is not a tool for impersonating real people, creating content about real people without their consent, or producing material that is unlawful where you or the subject live. Do not use the Services where your use would be unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or unsafe. You must not, directly or through another person: The Community Guidelines explain these rules in plain language. To report content that breaks them, use the Report Content page. Subject to these Terms, Lazys grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, lease, rent, sell, modify, create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Services except where applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this restriction. Where offered, Premium plans may include Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime access. The checkout screen controls the plan, price, currency, billing interval, taxes, and features offered for that transaction. Weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew. "Lifetime" means access for the supported commercial life of the purchased Lazys product and account, not the lifetime of any person, device, or third-party platform. It does not guarantee that any character, series, feature, or provider will remain available indefinitely. Where offered, coins are sold in packs. Coins are consumable: each purchase adds the amount shown to your balance, and coins can be used only for the features or content we designate within the Services. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts. Unused coins are not refundable except where required by law or stated in section 13. By submitting a purchase, you authorize Stripe, our payment provider, to charge the displayed amount, applicable tax, and any recurring renewal amount to the selected payment method. Where purchases are offered, Stripe processes them. Lazys does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code. Prices can vary by country, currency, tax, promotion, or provider fee. Prices shown before purchases open are samples and may change. We may change future prices. A price change for an existing recurring plan will be handled with the notice and consent required by the payment provider and applicable law. Failed, reversed, disputed, or overdue payments may suspend premium access. Recurring subscriptions renew for the same billing interval unless canceled before the renewal is processed. Stripe may attempt collection again after a failed payment. Renewal timing is determined by Stripe and may differ because of time zone or banking rules. You are responsible for checking the renewal date shown on your receipt or subscription details. Deleting your chats, clearing your browser, logging out, or deleting your Lazys account does not by itself cancel a recurring subscription. You must cancel the subscription as described in section 11. To cancel a Premium subscription: A Lifetime purchase or coin pack has no recurring renewal and therefore no subscription to cancel. You may still request account deletion or contact us about a billing problem. Cancellation prevents a future renewal; it is not the same as a refund. Unless the provider or applicable law states otherwise, a subscription scheduled to cancel remains usable until the end of the already-paid period and then loses premium access. No further recurring charge should be initiated after the effective cancellation date, although a charge already submitted before cancellation may still settle. Cancellation does not automatically erase your account, invoices, or records we must retain. Chats stored in your browser stay there until you delete them. Contact us separately if you want personal data deleted, subject to the exceptions in the Privacy Policy. Refunds are provided when required by applicable law or an express written offer shown at purchase. Outside those circumstances, completed charges are not automatically refundable merely because you did not use the Services, forgot to cancel, spent coins, lost browser-stored chats, or did not like a particular AI-generated response. We may nevertheless review a good-faith request case by case, including duplicate charges, a verified unauthorized purchase, prolonged service failure attributable to Lazys, or a materially incorrect charge. To request review of a charge: Refunds for purchases must be approved and initiated by Lazys through Stripe. You cannot issue a refund to yourself through the Services. If approved, a refund may be full or partial and is normally returned only to the original payment method. Stripe and the card or bank network control processing time. The credit can take additional business days to appear, and an expired or replaced card may be handled by the issuing bank. After Lazys submits a refund, you cannot reverse, reroute, accelerate, or cancel it. Stripe may, for a limited time and only for certain eligible payment methods or refund states, allow a merchant to cancel a refund. That option is not guaranteed and is not controlled by the customer. If no such option is available, the refund proceeds to the original payment method. An approved full refund may end the related premium entitlement or remove the related coins immediately or after Stripe confirms the refund. A partial refund can also change access if that is stated in the decision. A refund does not by itself delete the account or personal data. Some countries provide a cooling-off or withdrawal right for distance purchases. The scope and duration can depend on whether the purchase is a service or digital content, whether performance began, whether you expressly requested immediate performance, and whether you acknowledged a lawful loss of the withdrawal right. Any consent or acknowledgment required to waive or limit such a right must be presented separately where applicable; these Terms alone do not create that waiver. Contact us promptly if you believe a statutory withdrawal, refund, repair, repeat performance, price reduction, or other mandatory remedy applies. Nothing in these Terms requires you to waive a non-waivable consumer remedy. Contact us first when practical so we can investigate. A chargeback is a formal process controlled by your bank and payment network, not a substitute for cancellation. If you open a dispute, we may provide the payment provider with transaction records, account identifiers, service access records, checkout disclosures, communications, and other evidence reasonably needed to respond. We may suspend the disputed entitlement or coins while the dispute is unresolved. We will not penalize a good-faith exercise of a legal right. A trial or promotional offer may have separate eligibility, duration, conversion, and cancellation rules shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, one user, household, device, payment method, or account may be limited to one offer. Entitlements and coins belong to the account used for the purchase and are not transferred between unrelated accounts. Discount wheel: signed-in accounts get 3 spins of the home page wheel. The prizes are set by Lazys, not by chance: earlier spins give a small discount and the last spin gives 60% off. Each prize is a code for one purchase of a Premium plan (its first payment) or a coin pack, valid for 48 hours, with no cash value; a newer prize replaces the previous one. One 60% reward per account on this wheel. While an account has a current Premium plan it spins the Premium wheel instead: rounds of 3 spins, the last of each round giving 40–60% off, and a new round 24 hours after a round’s last spin; each Premium wheel prize is a code for one coin pack purchase only, valid for 24 hours, and replaces any earlier code. We may end the wheel or refuse a code obtained by abuse, such as through multiple accounts. We may update, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, characters, series, or content to maintain security, comply with law, address abuse, respond to third-party changes, or improve the Services. We will provide notice where law or a paid commitment requires it. We do not control Stripe, Cloudflare, internet providers, browsers, or device manufacturers and are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or account actions. Lazys is responsible for maintenance and support to the extent required by applicable law and these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, who receives it, retention criteria, security measures, and how to exercise privacy rights. Please review it before creating an account or making a purchase. The Services, software, characters, visual design, text, trademarks, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Lazys and protected by intellectual-property law. No right is granted except the limited license in these Terms. You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts. You may use output you receive for personal, non-commercial purposes consistent with these Terms, but Lazys characters and their likeness remain ours. If you provide feedback, you grant Lazys a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without identifying you or creating a payment obligation. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, prohibited content, underage use, security risk, non-payment, a legal request, a material breach, or harm to a person or the Services. Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to cure. Serious or repeated abuse, including any content involving minors, may result in immediate termination. Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations, legal claims, or provisions intended to survive. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement where those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free or appropriate AI output, continued availability of any character or content, or that browser-stored chats will be preserved. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that rule, Lazys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss; lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data; decisions made from AI-generated output; loss of browser-stored chats or drafts; or losses caused by third-party services, network failures, or unlawful use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazys' aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the affected Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or GBP 50. This cap does not apply where a mandatory law requires a different remedy or cap. To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold Lazys and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your prohibited content or prompts, impersonation of a real person, misuse of another person's account or data, infringement of rights, or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not require a consumer to indemnify Lazys for Lazys' own negligence, breach, or unlawful conduct. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive U.S. Government embargo, are not identified as a prohibited or restricted party, and will comply with applicable export-control and sanctions laws. You must also comply with local laws on adult content, privacy, consumer protection, and electronic communications. You must comply with the terms of your payment provider, internet provider, and browser or device platform when using the Services. No third party is intended to receive enforcement rights under these Terms unless expressly stated. Lazys, not Stripe, Cloudflare, or another service provider, is responsible for addressing claims concerning product liability, legal or regulatory conformity, consumer protection, and privacy relating to the Services to the extent required by law. If a third party claims the Services themselves infringe intellectual-property rights, Lazys is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim, subject to these Terms. This does not cover prompts, content, accounts, or conduct supplied by a user. Lazys characters, their names, stories, and images are fictional and generated with AI. They do not depict, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by, any real person, studio, or brand. If you believe content on Lazys resembles you or infringes your rights, send a request as described on the Content Removal page and we will review it. Before filing a claim, please send a written description to info@lazys.co and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and propose a resolution. This informal step does not shorten a statutory limitation period or prevent urgent relief. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer may bring a claim in any court or forum that mandatory local consumer law permits. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remaining provisions continue. We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical, operational, or product reasons. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where a material change or applicable law requires it. Changes do not retroactively remove an accrued mandatory right. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Services and cancel any recurring subscription before its next renewal.
