Lazys is an adult chat service with fictional characters generated with AI. This page explains, in plain words, the protections built into every chat and how the Terms of Service apply to your chats, prompts and characters. If this page and the Terms differ, the Terms control. The Privacy Policy explains what we store. Every character on Lazys is an AI, not a human, and every reply is written by an AI model. No person reads your chat to reply to you. Every chat shows a notice under the message box, on screen the whole time you chat, that the characters are AI and fictional adults. If you sincerely ask a character whether she is human, she says she is an AI. Every photo, video and voice sample on Lazys is generated with AI too. Since 2 November 2026 each of these files we serve says so in its metadata: a machine-readable "AI-generated" mark (IPTC DigitalSourceType trainedAlgorithmicMedia) that apps and platforms can read, in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act. Private packs repeat it under their photos and videos, and the footer of every page says it. If a message suggests that you may be thinking about suicide or hurting yourself, the character steps out of the story and the chat answers with free, confidential help lines instead: 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call or text, US), Samaritans on 116 123 (UK and Ireland), or findahelpline.com for other countries. That reply never counts toward a message limit. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number. Characters cannot give medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice, and they cannot form a real relationship. Take breaks, and talk to people you trust. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Every character is a fictional adult aged 21 or older, including the characters you create: the creator refuses a younger age. Nothing sexual or romantic involving anyone under 18 is allowed, in any form, even as fiction, role-play or "pretend": no age under 18, no school-age settings, no "loli" or "shota", no childlike body descriptions. Characters must never be, imitate or sexualize a real, identifiable person, including celebrities, public figures and people you know. The creator refuses the names of real people, and the chat refuses sexual content about them. Do not present AI output as the words, images, or endorsement of a real person. These two are never allowed, in your messages or in the characters' replies: Everything else between fictional adults is allowed, including explicit and crude language, kinks, and fantasies such as consensual non-consent, rough play, or step-family role-play. Beyond the chat, these are never allowed either: Do not try to get around age checks, content safeguards, rate limits, or payment checks. Do not scrape, automate, or resell the Services, spam, or interfere with other people's use. Keep your account and sign-in codes to yourself. Every message and every reply is checked by fixed rules and by an AI classifier. A message that breaks a rule is not sent to the character: you see a short, neutral notice instead. A reply that breaks a rule is hidden. Each refusal is logged with its rule and time, not its text. A second refusal within 24 hours adds a strike to a signed-in account, and repeated strikes can lead to restrictions or the account's suspension. When we learn that the rules were broken, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account, as described in section 23 of the Terms of Service. Content involving minors may result in immediate termination and is reported where the law requires. Under any reply, Report sends it to us with the reason you pick; Report character in the chat menu reports the character. You can also use the Report Content page, without an account. Reports about minors are reviewed first.
