Billing, Canceling and Refunds
Stripe processes every payment; Lazys never receives your full card number or security code. Weekly, Monthly and Yearly renew at the end of each period until you cancel, and Lifetime is one payment (Plans, Coins and Entitlements).
To cancel, sign in with the email you bought with and follow Canceling a Subscription: Premium stays until the paid period ends, then what Premium opened locks again; coin unlocks stay. Refunds follow the Refund Policy: where the law requires one, and case by case for duplicate, unauthorized or wrong charges. Coin packs never renew.
Discount Wheel
The server picks each prize at random within its spin’s fixed range. Spin the wheel in the Private Packs row while signed in; a discount takes its percent off one purchase, applied automatically.
Free accounts: Spins 1–2 give 1–20% off, spin 3 gives 60%. One coin pack purchase, never a Premium plan; ends 48 hours after the spin (counted from when checkout opens, if it was closed) and a new spin replaces it. One discounted payment per card; a later one is refunded.
Premium: Spins 1–2 of a round give 5–20% off, spin 3 gives 40–60%. Coin packs only; ends 24 hours after the spin (counted from when checkout opens, if it was closed) and a new spin replaces it.
Coin Packs
Coins are bought in packs, and every bigger pack costs less per coin: the 60-coin pack is $0.67 a coin, 32% less than single coins. There are 91 private packs: 16 with photos and a video, 75 smaller photo sets, 5 coins each or all with Premium. A pack is a one-time purchase and never renews.
