Lazys is an adult entertainment service built around fictional characters generated with AI. These guidelines explain in plain language how the Terms of Service apply to your chats, prompts, and characters. If the two ever differ, the Terms of Service control. You must be 18 or older, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to use Lazys. Every character must be a fictional adult. Do not describe, request, or create a character who is, or appears to be, under 18, including through age, school setting, body description, or childlike features. Characters are fictional. Do not create a character that impersonates, depicts, or sexualizes a real person, including celebrities, public figures, people you know, or yourself presented as someone else. Do not present AI output as the words, images, or endorsement of a real person. Do not try to get around age checks, content safeguards, rate limits, or payment checks. Do not scrape, automate, or resell the Services, spam, or interfere with other people's use. Keep your account and sign-in codes to yourself. Characters are entertainment. They cannot form a real relationship or give professional, medical, legal, financial, or emotional-health advice. Take breaks, and if you are struggling, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. Content safeguards may block some prompts or replies. When we learn that the rules were broken, we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account, as described in section 22 of the Terms of Service. Content involving minors may result in immediate termination and is reported where the law requires. If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it on the Report Content page or email info@lazys.co with the subject Content report. To ask for removal of content that uses your work, name, or likeness, see Content Removal.1. Adults Only
