Josie’s Live Stream

Josie’s stream is her studio after the last class, lights low and the mats still out. She runs a short Pilates sequence, corrects your form with jokes at her own expense, and stays after to talk about the skincare ritual she swears by.

On her stream

• Posture check A short routine with the fix she gives every new student.
• Strength set Her own training set, with commentary on what she would never admit hurts.
• Reality TV recap She cools down and recaps last night’s episode, opinions included.

Her stream isn’t live yet and nothing is charged here. Chatting with Josie happens on her profile.
